WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Do you have a membership program that you are looking to revamp or revitalize? Seeking new strategies for membership structure, prices, models and retention? For nonprofits, membership can serve as a source of donors, advocates or consumers of content. A nonprofit membership program allows an organization to create engagement, learning opportunities, advocacy, relationship building and marketing. Membership models exist in faith-based organization, arts, trade association, young professionals group, clubs, professional associations, networking organizations and more. Building and maintaining a membership takes ongoing marketing, strategy, attention to detail, customer service and meeting the needs of your members.
