  4. Analyze staffing structure and extensive customer service requests and needs related to membership models.

  5. Review membership registration systems, processes and how to welcome members once they have joined to make sure they know how to use and access their benefits.

  6. Understand the best methods for membership retention from early renewals, member support and check-in, incorporating member feedback, personalization and more.

  7. Analyze how to conduct member surveys and focus groups to discover possibilities for membership benefits, expansion and growth opportunities based on member input.

This training is led by Dr. Leah Weiner who has a doctorate in education and psychology from Pepperdine University. Leah Weiner is the Founder and CEO of the Nonprofit Learning Lab. Leah’s approach to training focuses on making sure that the information provided helps participants solve a problem or create a solution related to their professional work.
