Workshop Description
Nonprofit leaders today are navigating constant change: shifting funding landscapes, evolving community needs, and increasing pressure to deliver impact while sustaining their teams. At the same time, the work is becoming more interconnected, requiring deeper collaboration across organizations, coalitions, and sectors to address complex challenges. In this environment, leadership is no longer just about managing programs or people; it requires clarity of strategy, confidence in decision-making, and the ability to operate effectively both within your organization and across the broader ecosystem.
Who Should Attend
Nonprofit leaders, managers, and emerging leaders seeking to strengthen their strategic leadership, team effectiveness, and cross-sector collaboration.
What the Training Will Cover
This interactive workshop is designed to help leaders step out of reactive mode and lead with intention at both the systems and interpersonal levels.
Day 1 focuses on the macro: strengthening your ability to lead with strategy in a complex and evolving sector. Participants will explore how external forces shape organizational choices, how to align board and staff around clear priorities, and how to engage in effective partnerships and collaborations that advance mission and collective impact.
Day 2 focuses on the interpersonal: leveling up your effectiveness as a leader. Participants will build skills in executive presence, influence, and communication; learn how to motivate individuals and teams; and better understand team dynamics and working styles to lead with greater confidence and clarity.
Across both sessions, participants will engage in practical frameworks, real-world examples, and guided reflection to deepen their leadership approach. You will leave with concrete tools you can immediately apply to strengthen strategy, build meaningful collaborations, and lead your team with greater confidence and effectiveness.
