CANCELLATION POLICY FOR IN-PERSON
& ONLINE EVENTS
Help! Life happened, I registered for an event and I can no longer attend.
Our cancellation policy is detailed in all our in-person and online event registration forms. We do not provide refunds for in-person or online events or membership.
We do not provide refunds as stated in our cancellation policy on our registration forms which individuals agree to when they submit the registration form.
You can transfer your registration to a colleague or transfer your registration to a future event. You can do a transfer via this form.
All of our online events are recorded and participants receive recordings and materials from all events. So, if you miss an online event for which you registered - you will receive all the materials. You can transfer a registration to a different event that is comparable in price. You agree to the cancellation policy when you submit the registration form.
