CANCELLATION POLICY FOR IN-PERSON
& ONLINE EVENTS
Help! I registered for an event and I can no longer attend live.
As detailed in our in-person and online event registration forms, we do not provide refunds for trainings, whether in-person or online. However, there are a few options at your disposal to ensure you get the most out of your registration. First, you can transfer your registration to a later training date. We are adding new trainings dates all the time. Second, you can request a transfer your registration to a colleague by emailing us at email@example.com. Unless the first presentation of the training is cancelled, you will always receive the training recording and materials for online events.
We do not provide refunds as listed in our cancellation policy on our registration forms. Membership is not transferable to individuals outside of those listed on your membership application form. Memberships are valid for one year and if you leave your organization, you can request to change the email address associated with your membership.
All of our online trainings are recorded. If you miss an online training you registered for, you will receive all the materials. You can transfer a registration to a different training that is comparable in price or on a different date. You agree to the cancellation policy when you submit the registration form.
