Workshop Description

Strong fundraising pipelines are built through intentional focus and disciplined decision-making, by identifying and prioritizing the right foundation and corporate funding opportunities.

In this two-part series, you will learn how to build a focused, high-quality pipeline of corporate and foundation prospects, using criteria such as funder alignment, giving priorities, and likelihood of funding. You will explore how to identify foundation funding opportunities, assess fit with foundation guidelines, and prioritize prospects based on real potential.

This is not about building long prospect lists. It is about developing clear criteria for what makes a foundation or corporate funder worth pursuing and using that clarity to guide your fundraising strategy.

You will leave with a structured approach to identifying, researching, and prioritizing foundation prospects and grant opportunities, along with concrete next steps you can implement immediately to strengthen your fundraising pipeline.
