Workshop Description
Burnout is reshaping the social impact sector, and too frequently the causes get minimized to employees being overworked and underpaid - limiting the range of solutions available to organizational leaders. Leaders need bold and practical approaches to meet the moment, including a more expansive way of understanding burnout as a systemic, organizational issue and underlying factors that can be addressed. This workshop will blend reflection, research, and care to help you understand six drivers of burnout and identify opportunities to effect change at your organization. You’ll collaborate with peers to explore meaningful strategies to support your team and organization.
