Nonprofit Learning Lab may receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and Guidance Services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We use wix.com and zoom.us for video appointments and screen sharing. We do not record meetings or store any information associated with those meetings. Wix.com and zoom may create a record of information related to the Sessions, including length and date of the Sessions. We may also use Verizon or other phone-related Guidance Services for voice calls. We do not store or record phone calls.
From time to time, Nonprofit Learning Lab may contact you via email to provide announcements, alerts, confirmations of appointments, or other information. We may receive a notification when you open an email from Nonprofit Learning Lab.
