Terms of Service: Membership is not transferable to individuals outside of those listed in membership registration. Do not share member discount codes. Sharing membership codes with additional individuals will result in the termination of membership. We do not provide refunds as stated in the cancellation policy on our registration forms which individuals agree to when they submit the registration form.

Our membership is for nonprofits, government agencies and universities. Becoming a member as a for-profit is outside our terms of service and your membership will be revoked.

Trainings are conducted in English. We utilize an online platform to host trainings. Participants have the option to enable closed captioning, which can be set to their preferred language. Additionally, participants can translate the entire site using Google Chrome’s built-in translation feature. Read more here. Please note that while we strive to provide accurate captions, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the translations provided by the captioning services.
