Apply a values-based reflection framework to establish organization-specific boundaries around AI use, distinguishing between work that requires human judgment and work that can be appropriately delegated to AI tools.
Identify the essential building blocks of an effective nonprofit AI use policy, including data protection requirements, governance structures, and fiduciary accountability measures.
Draft initial policy language addressing their organization's specific needs and risk profile using established nonprofit AI governance templates and best practices.

All workshops are live. Registrants receive slides & recordings. It is expected participants will be able to be on camera and able to unmute for some portions of the training to participate in discussions. Full recordings are not provided.
