Gain insights to improve your own leadership, by leading teams and partnerships towards greater impact. Increase your leadership skills as well as your ability to influence and gain buy-in. Strengthen your team, organization, and meet mission-driven goals. Day 1 will provide a framework for understanding today’s leadership skills, as well as managing team and group dynamics. Day 2 will dive into strategies for effectively leading partnerships. Learn the 5 keys to successful collaborations. Both days will include interactive exercises and actionable tools for leading groups.
ABOUT THE TRAINER
For 20 years, Leadership Savvy founder, Julie Ha Truong, has supported thousands of leaders in achieving real, meaningful change. She has led innovative and award-winning cross-sector (public, private, and non-profit) initiatives. Previously she developed a range of leadership certificate programs, coached and recruited diverse leaders, and played a key role in education reform and community partnerships. In each of her professional roles, she expanded and trained staff, doubled revenue and budgets, and created lasting systems-change. Her supportive and engaging approach makes her a welcome strategist, trainer, facilitator, and coach.
