This training was developed and designed based on a doctoral dissertation In Search of Best Practices: A case study of a nonprofit's failure to deliver aid during a crisis. We will offer practical strategies that you can implement at your organization. Attendees will receive all the slides, recordings and a 3 page checklist for additional guidance and support.
