Translate a Long Term Strategic Plan into a 2026 Plan: Drive Results & Manage Performance

This webinar will focus on creating systems for accountability to deliver results such as: breaking the strategic plan into annual/quarterly/monthly goals using OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) for the org and team members, regular 1:1s best practices, and effective use of leadership meetings to track and identify challenges.
