WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Creating a fundraising plan for 2025? How can you build on past successes to make 2025 your best year yet? Can you strategize for funding shifts, community needs and changing priorities? As we plan for 2025, it’s crucial to review what worked well last year, identify new strategies, and assess capacity based on goals achieved, donor engagement, and the current availability of staff and volunteers.
This interactive workshop will provide actionable strategies to build a comprehensive fundraising plan that leverages a potential team of supporters, including board members, fundraising committees, community leaders, staff, and volunteers or interns. We will explore practical steps to help you maximize your fundraising potential and adapt to current trends. This training is ideal for organizations with 1-3 people in a development office who dedicate part or all of their time to fundraising. We will focus on setting realistic weekly and monthly goals tailored to your team’s capacity, helping you stay on track and achieve more for your organization in the year ahead.
