How does this work?
Each cohort will have a set maximum of 16 participants to ensure a high level of interaction among participants.
Over the course of the 4 sessions, we will dive deep into the specific topic area of focus exploring: best practices, implementation, opportunities and challenges as it relates to your individual workplace and the communities in which you serve and colleagues that you collaborate with or manage.
The collaboratory is a good fit if you:

Have experience and you are doing the work of the focus area.

Have previously attended training with the Nonprofit Learning Lab and want to dive deeper into the topic.

Want to collaborate with other nonprofit professionals through conversations, exploration, problem solving and the ability to go on camera during sessions.
