WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

When you want to empower change on your team, you want to leverage the strengths of the whole team regardless of how they navigate change. This interactive workshop introduces a simple model of the three response styles to change. Once recognized, leaders can build stronger relationships on the team, and how to work with the advantages -- and challenges -- of each style. This will be an interactive, highly engaged workshop!

ABOUT THE TRAINER

Betsy Block is the lead Coach-Catalyst for B3 Coach and helps emerging management teams at small- and mid-sized nonprofits navigate strategic changes intentionally, effectively, and confidently.  She has over 30 years experience working in nonprofit, government, philanthropy, and the for-profit sector.  She has served in leadership roles across these organizations, always focused on lifting up the naturally creative and generative capacity of teams. She holds a Masters in Public Policy, as well as the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation. She was one of the first people world-wide to receive their Advanced Certification in Team Coaching. She is certified in CoActive Coaching as well Organization and Relationships Systems Coaching, and is trained in a host of other tools.  In addition to supporting teams, she is also a trained coach mentor and supervisor. Betsy is constantly building community, learning, exploring, and diving into the unknown.  When not coaching teams and supporting fellow coaches, she enjoys triathlon training, hanging out with her family, and traveling.
