WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
High-performing boards operate within the context of a sound mission and a compelling vision. Within that context, agile boards identify strategies for moving forward. Without this context, strategic plans become static and rob leadership of the flexibility needed to be innovative and responsive. Gain insight into how to push your board towards innovative leadership and to ensure strategic momentum by leading with your organization’s vision. In this workshop, attendees will learn how to set your mission as the guidepost for leadership, decision-making, and debate.
