Make the Ask: How to Make Better Donor Calls Every Week to Achieve Your Goals

June 11, 2024

9:00 am - 10:00 am PT | 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm ET

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

We know that we need to get off our *ss and call our donors more but it is hard to find the time in the midst of other tasks. Our donor phone calls have to be part of our regular routine and we have to get comfortable with making calls. Studies show that donors who receive a thank you call are more likely to give going forward. In this webinar, we will review techniques for calling your mid to major gift calls, what to say when you don't know what to say to your donor and how to use donor phone calls as a stewardship and cultivation technique. We are meeting less frequently with our donors in person so phone calls are a must. Learn from your trainer who on a regular basis had to make 250 donor phone calls a week and record them all in a donor management system! With this webinar, you will feel more comfortable making your donor calls and achieve your fundraising goals.
