Jessica Neno Cloud, CFRE, MA | Starr King School for the Ministry

MVPPP stands for messaging, vehicles, prospects, partners and plan. These are the elements you need for successful fundraising. This session will walk attendees through multiple ways to develop a case for giving (message), decide which vehicles for communication they want to employ for fundraising, and determine where to find potential prospects and partners. Learners will walk away having learned how to ground the plan in data, building projections of what they can realistically raise with the budget and staff they have. Essential metrics such as participation rate, average gift, and cost to raise a dollar will be covered.

Leading your organization effectively is challenging even in the best of times. Leading through the chaos of shifting resources, governmental constraints, or changing donor interests? Even harder. This workshop will explore the practice of adaptive leadership, which studies show calms chaos, promotes innovation, and builds stakeholder engagement and committed teamwork. Learnings are applicable to organizations of all sizes and sectors.

Has figuring out your cash flow been on your to-do list but always getting pushed aside by more urgent matters? If so, you're not alone. It’s easy to deprioritize financial clarity when other fires keep popping up. If you're finally ready to bring this conversation to the forefront, this workshop is for you. I’m here to help you navigate the process with clarity and support.

Whitney Martin | ProActive Consulting

We’re all familiar with the hard and soft costs associated with poor employee selection decisions. However, perhaps more importantly, hiring the wrong person is PAINFUL. Painful for the person who has to manage them, for their teammates, for the individual who was hired and is now failing, and for HR or the Selection Committee who finds themselves back at square one. Poor selection decisions happen because the decision criteria at our disposal are limited, often subjective, and unreliable. In this session, we'll learn how to infuse additional, objective data points into the selection process in order to increase the odds of making the best hire every time.

Take an hour out of your day for this webinar to learn the best tips, tricks, and practices to score your next corporate sponsorship.

With federal funding freezes and shifting donor behaviors, nonprofits must diversify their revenue streams to maintain financial stability. This session provides actionable strategies for identifying, cultivating, and securing major gifts—even in small shops with limited resources. Participants will leave with a customized roadmap to grow their major gifts portfolio and a deeper understanding of how to engage major donors in uncertain times.

You've invested in data systems and hired analysts, yet your team still makes decisions by gut feeling. This isn't a technology problem; it's a leadership challenge. Designed for executive directors, board members, and senior leaders, this advanced workshop reveals why 73% of analytics initiatives fail and the specific leadership moves that build sustainable data cultures, even when you're not the technical expert.

Logan Foote | GolfStatus

Golf fundraisers continue to be one of the most reliable and rewarding ways for nonprofits to engage supporters and generate mission-critical revenue. The session will walk through the unique components of golf event planning, outline a clear step-by-step process, and share proven tips for using technology to streamline your workload, boost participation, and ultimately raise more for your mission. You’ll walk away with clear next steps and the confidence to launch or elevate your own golf fundraiser.

Judie Caribeaux | Mission + Strategy

This engaging and practical workshop explores how organizational culture influences every decision, relationship, and behavior within a nonprofit. Through storytelling and real-life examples, participants will reflect on how personal histories, unspoken norms, and unchecked behaviors shape culture more than stated values. The session will help participants identify how culture is expressed through everyday actions and interactions. Attendees will examine how these cultural behaviors impact trust, inclusion, and overall organizational effectiveness. Using a reflective framework, they will analyze their current cultural practices to uncover strengths, gaps, and misalignments. Participants will leave with strategies to intentionally shape culture in order to build greater trust, accountability, and alignment within their teams.

Betsy Block | B3 Coach

How do you build trust in a team in a way that lasts? Trust is built over time with intention and trust is a choice that individuals and teams make every day. In fact, teams with high trust don’t focus on building trust itself. Rather, they work on behaviors and systems that sustain trust over time. This interactive workshop explores how to create the shared understanding of trust within a team, and develop those behaviors. Using research-backed insights, we will examine the stages of trust development, the difference between interpersonal trust and team trust, and some stages that teams go through as trust grows. Participants will gain practical strategies to strengthen team dynamics, navigate trust challenges, and foster a culture where trust becomes a shared commitment rather than a one-time initiative. Expect to leave with a deeper understanding of how trust functions within organizations and the tools to influence trust-based behaviors in your own team.
