As companies look to engage their employees in different ways in 2022, it is important for nonprofits to build and adapt their corporate volunteer programs. Corporate volunteer programs provide camaraderie, meaningful work for employees and skilled talents for the nonprofits they serve. Attend this workshop and leave with a plan to have corporate volunteer programs support your organization by helping you fulfill your mission, build a brand, engage community, and help raise additional funds.

Organizing events from galas, conferences to annual meetings takes a lot of time, resources, and logistical coordination. We will review strategies to design meaningful events from setting up food to programs, ways to market your event to achieve attendance goals, and how to delegate out responsibilities to avoid burnout. You will leave with a helpful event preparation checklist to avoid burnout and think about creative ways to host in-person and hybrid events.

In this workshop, we will provide an in-depth review of methods and structures for virtual and in-person meetings, focus groups, and brainstorming sessions. If you are gathering people together whether in-person or virtually, it is critical to engage attendees and achieve the goals you are setting to accomplish. This workshop will also focus on how to close out, analyze information and data gathered and methods to move forward.

“Affinity fundraising” is a strategy that utilizes the power of peer-to-peer fundraising to help raise money for your nonprofit. Using volunteers to help raise funds for your mission can leverage the volunteers' network, resources and talents. This workshop will provide step by step guidance on how to create and implement affinity style fundraising whether it is a peer to peer campaign on social media, affinity groups or internal leadership committees that fundraise on behalf of the organization.

In this webinar, we will review techniques for calling your mid to major gift calls, what to say when you don't know what to say to your donor and how to use donor phone calls as a stewardship and cultivation technique. With this webinar, you will feel more comfortable making your donor calls and achieve your fundraising goals.

The goal of this training is to enable nonprofits to take charge of their data and empower them to make smarter decisions on a daily basis. We will discuss the state of analytics in the nonprofit world, how nonprofits can benefit from data visualization, and how to get started and overcome key challenges. During the session, we will go over a real-life example. Participants are welcome to come with their own dataset.

Too often strategic planning happens in a vacuum, visions casted, momentum built, plans written - yet the people directly impacted by the plan (clients, donors, staff, volunteers, community) are left out. Community engagement, though at times unwieldy and time-consuming, is critical to truly propel all variables towards a common goal. In this 2 part series workshop, learn strategies for engaging community stakeholders while balancing organizational/group needs and explore ways to leverage your leadership to build a collaborative and sound planning process.

Does your nonprofit have a planned giving program, or does your current planned giving strategy need to be refined? This workshop discusses the essential elements to raise additional funds through legacy gifts and strategies on how to segment your data to find the perfect planned giving donor, how to market legacy gifts to your current donors and how to integrate planned giving options into donor conversations.
