Pradnya Haldipur | Strategy.Creativity.Mentorship, in partnership with Consultants For Good (C4G)

A deep dive into strategies and tactics to effectively engage volunteer leadership in fundraising and other areas of organizational growth. Learnings are based on real-life experiences and conversations with board members at a variety of NGOs and non-profits.

Case managers are often trained in trauma-informed care, but consistently applying those principles can be difficult in high-demand, resource-constrained environments. This workshop explores how trauma-informed care and cultural responsiveness work together to improve client experiences and address systemic barriers. Participants will identify gaps between intention and practice, develop practical strategies for everyday work, and begin building a framework that aligns staff practices and service delivery. By the end of the session, participants will leave with actionable tools to create more consistent, equitable, and sustainable programs.

Jessica Payne | Mockingbird Analytics

The philanthropic landscape has shifted considerably this year. Funders have been rethinking priorities, economic conditions continue to influence giving patterns, and the political climate is actively shaping how resources move across the nonprofit sector. With the first half of the year behind us, now is the right moment to assess where things stand and how to position your organization for what's ahead.

Steven Shattuck | Kindsight, in partnership with Capital Campaign Pro

Debunk capital campaign myths with benchmark data from 650+ nonprofits. Learn what drives campaign success, board readiness, timing, and fundraising outcomes with real-world insights today.

Judie Caribeaux | Mission + Strategy

This engaging and practical workshop explores how organizational culture influences every decision, relationship, and behavior within a nonprofit. Through storytelling and real-life examples, participants will reflect on how personal histories, unspoken norms, and unchecked behaviors shape culture more than stated values. Using a reflective framework, they will analyze their current cultural practices to uncover strengths, gaps, and misalignments. Participants will leave with strategies to intentionally shape culture to build greater trust, accountability, and alignment within their teams.

Andi Graham | Big Sea

Your donor data and your marketing platform are telling two different stories about the same supporter, and that gap is costing you. Andi Graham, CFRE, founder and CEO of Big Sea, walks nonprofit teams through what a unified marketing and fundraising stack actually looks like, how to decide whether to integrate or replace, and one concrete first step to get there.

Mission alone doesn’t sustain performance; leadership does. This discussion helps nonprofit leaders strengthen people management as core infrastructure, equipping managers with practical tools to build clarity, accountability, and engagement while advancing organizational values and long-term impact.

Matt Pearl | Pearl Impact Media

Uncertainty, surprise announcements, and jeopardized funding have created a chaotic time for so many essential organizations. In times like these, video can be extremely powerful. It can help raise awareness, supercharge fundraising, and captivate clients, donors, and everyone in-between - and particularly now, it can reassert the necessity and vitality of what you provide. But what kind of video? What's the best way to use it on social media? And how do you know when to DIY and when to invest in a high-end production company? I answer those questions with a variety of workshops centered around video and visual storytelling.

Meena Das | NamasteData

AI is already showing up across nonprofit work — in fundraising, communications, program design, operations, research, and decision-making. Participants will be introduced to an AI Equity Framework designed to help nonprofit teams evaluate whether an AI use case is responsible, equitable, and aligned with their mission. We’ll explore the foundations of AI equity, discuss common risks, and learn to apply the framework. Participants will leave with a clearer way to assess AI ideas before moving from curiosity to implementation.
