Overcoming the “Ick Factor” helps nonprofit leaders rethink branding as a mission-driven asset, not a corporate marketing line item. This practical session clarifies the difference between branding and marketing, explains why brand equity matters, and addresses common concerns about cost and authenticity. Attendees leave with a clear framework and actionable steps to align communications, build donor trust, and strengthen long-term support.

Judie Caribeaux | Mission + Strategy

This engaging and practical workshop explores how organizational culture influences every decision, relationship, and behavior within a nonprofit. Through storytelling and real-life examples, participants will reflect on how personal histories, unspoken norms, and unchecked behaviors shape culture more than stated values. Attendees will examine how these cultural behaviors impact trust, inclusion, and overall organizational effectiveness. Using a reflective framework, they will analyze their current cultural practices to uncover strengths, gaps, and misalignments. Participants will leave with strategies to intentionally shape culture in order to build greater trust, accountability, and alignment within their teams.

Jonathan Meagher-Zayas | Equity Warrior Strategies

Nonprofits often struggle to move beyond performative Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) statements and create meaningful, sustainable change—especially when equity work triggers organizational trauma (e.g., resistance, burnout, or retraumatization of marginalized staff). In a time when this work is more important than ever, yet facing misinformation and resistance, passionate leaders in this field must be intentional and engaging. This interactive workshop guides participants through a trauma-informed DEIB action planning process, blending strategic frameworks with healing-centered practices to ensure equity initiatives are effective, inclusive, and sustainable.

As AI agents redefine the modern workplace, traditional digital literacy is no longer enough to ensure long-term career success for the future workforce, whether they are your nonprofit beneficiaries or your own employees. To keep your job-seekers competitive, workforce development providers must bridge the gap between basic digital skills and the high-demand world of Agentic AI and Automation. We will demonstrate and provide a clear roadmap for formalizing a partnership to bring these world-class technical resources to your local community at no cost.

Kameron Conley | Reborn Consultants

Your website might be getting traffic, but traffic alone does not fund your mission. This workshop breaks down how nonprofits can turn website visitors into donors by improving clarity, trust, and user flow. We will look at what donors actually need to see before they give and where most nonprofits unintentionally lose them. You will learn how small changes to messaging, layout, and calls to action can lead to meaningful increases in donations. Attendees will leave with practical ideas they can apply immediately to their own website.

Erin Mastrantonio | Elevation Web

Make your digital content truly accessible to all supporters, clients, and community members. In this session, nonprofit leaders will explore essential accessibility concepts, common website challenges, and clear strategies to improve usability for people with disabilities. Walk away with practical guidance you can apply immediately to strengthen your online presence, increase engagement, and deepen your impact.

With federal funding freezes and shifting donor behaviors, nonprofits must diversify their revenue streams to maintain financial stability. This session provides actionable strategies for identifying, cultivating, and securing major gifts—even in small shops with limited resources. Participants will leave with a customized roadmap to grow their major gifts portfolio and a deeper understanding of how to engage major donors in uncertain times.

Decades of research show that people approach complex information online completely differently than in print. Online readers scan rather than read, prioritize concise information, and navigate content in non-linear ways. This webinar will walk through the best practices shown through research, along with what it means for your own communications staff, writers, and subject matter experts as you write information.

Has figuring out your cash flow been on your to-do list but always getting pushed aside by more urgent matters? If so, you're not alone. It’s easy to deprioritize financial clarity when other fires keep popping up. If you're finally ready to bring this conversation to the forefront, this workshop is for you. I’m here to help you navigate the process with clarity and support.

In today's competitive philanthropic landscape, having access to data isn't enough; you need a strategy to turn that information into a tangible Return on Information. Explore how organizations can leverage high-fidelity data to accelerate every stage of the donor journey. Participants will learn how to drive greater fundraising progress by identifying new prospects at all levels and optimizing portfolios to ensure gift officers are spending their time where it matters most.
