There are so many ideas out there about how to solve problems facing our communities, but many of those ideas never get implemented or don't get implemented in the right way. In this webinar, we will put pen to paper and go through the questions that need to be asked before you launch a program to meet community needs. We will cover how to identify the questions, collect data, engage stakeholders, and draw conclusions through a feasibility study.

Behind every impact story is a really great survey. Surveys do not have to be complicated or long to be powerful and useful for your organization. Making sure that you are asking precisely the right questions to support the story you are trying to tell and creatively folding survey administration into your workflow is really key. This workshop will highlight the secret to designing great surveys to help support your organization in its journey to share its story.

In this workshop, you will learn how you can devote a limited amount of time to significantly impact the reach and outcomes of your marketing efforts. All too often, we tend to get too close to the story of our nonprofit and forget that others don’t know what we know. In order to maximize success, we must strategically stay on-target and on-mission at all times – thus highlighting the vital importance of strategic communications for effective marketing!

In the United States, most websites are required by law to be accessible to people with disabilities, including nonprofits' websites. Is your website meeting your organization's legal requirement for accessibility? During this webinar, attendees will learn how to identify accessibility problems on your website, even if you're not a developer and tools you can use to resolve those problems. Additionally, attendees will learn more about the existing laws related to website accessibility and if they pertain to your organization.

This workshop will provide content to help nonprofit professionals build a foundation on which they can build their skills and confidence in using and describing statistics in their work. Participants will learn about introductory statistics and hypothesis tests that will help them make informed decisions to strengthen their organization's impact.

Donor retention is critical to the long-term sustainability of nonprofits. Attendees will learn how to engage first-time donors in order to secure that critical second, "golden" donation; what donor data to track and report on; and how to leverage technology to streamline your donor management operations.

This series-based workshop will dive into supervision strategies including monitoring, feedback, supervision methods, and how to build a high-performing team. You will understand how to use systems that help track employee performance, analyze management strategies, identify the preferred supervisory style, and individual staff needs surrounding various job aspects, and more.

Learn how to save money on tech and still plan for your nonprofit’s future. You will learn how to grow your internal staff skills, how to write job descriptions and hire for IT positions, and when to save money by outsourcing your IT. With new cybersecurity threats able to force you out of business, it is never too early to build your IT roadmap and learn what tech expertise you can’t live without.

This workshop will cover how to use trauma-informed facilitation practices to plan, create, and design. Using trauma-informed principles of facilitation, the workshop will cover the structure and format of facilitated experience, review how to create an agenda, design a facilitated experience, and how to handle disclosures, disruptions, and other facilitation challenges. Participants in this workshop will learn how to better navigate situations that may arise with adult participants in a facilitated experience.

This workshop will deeply explore three common "holdups" and equip teams with the confidence to move from fear to buy-in with data and evaluation work and inspire you to create evaluation plans to support your work. You will establish a better understanding of data management and evaluation plans and practices, understand barriers to buy-in among teams, learn and share tools and resources, and connect the impact data-driven strategies have on an organization regardless of the organization's role.
