Available for Premier and All-Access members only. 

Our mentorship program is a group-based, peer support network where professionals in similar positions get together (virtually) with a facilitator to explore a goal or challenge they are working towards. We believe you have the ability to solve your problems and achieve your goals.  We provide the space, community, and facilitator to explore, discuss, ask questions and brainstorm ideas to take steps to accomplish our goals and explore potential solutions to work through workplace challenges. 

 

Participants sign up for a time slot connected to their current role and position. In advance of the session, we provide you with a reflection activity to prepare so you are ready to get the support you need.
