Our mentor program fosters the growth of nonprofit professionals. We match seasoned executives with entry and mid-level professionals to provide guidance on a specific tangible outcome. Through our program, mentors get the benefit of sharing their knowledge and mentees work to develop strategies and solutions that they can implement related to a challenge they are experiencing professionally. We encourage our matches to meet at least three times over a three month period either via phone or web conference.

The Nonprofit Learning Lab is seeking mentors who are willing to share their knowledge and expertise in the following areas: fundraising, board development, evaluation, program development, management and supervision and organizational capacity. Mentors should have at least 15+ years of experience in the field. Becoming a mentor is a great way to share your knowledge, empower professionals and help professionals create tangible solutions to everyday challenges.
Are you a new executive director or development director and seeking guidance? Need advice on an issue you are dealing with at work? Looking for your next career move in the nonprofit sector? Our mentors provide guidance and help you reach tangible solutions for the challenges you face everyday. They are committed to meeting with their matches at least three times over a three month period. Mentor meetings are 30 minutes in lengths and are structured meetings.
