MENTOR PROGRAM
PEER LEARNING COMMUNITY

Structure of our Peer Learning Community

Our peer learning communities are facilitated to help you focus on goals and challenges within your organization. Our facilitated peer learning community is a chance to dig in on your goals and hold yourself accountable. Do you ever want to network with peers outside your organization or community? Our mentor groups are built around a common role and objective. Meetings are not recorded to maintain confidentiality.

What to Expect: Each session is 1 hour in length. The first 10-15 minutes focus on trends and best practices related to the theme and topic of the session. The rest of the peer learning community session is a facilitated discussion based on the questions submitted in advance by participants.

How to Prepare: Come with questions and ready to discuss. We expect you to be on camera. Groups are kept small to ensure conversation and connection. In advance of each session, you will have an opportunity to submit a question related to the topic.
