Recognizing that the hiring process serves as a cornerstone for a company's reputation and the initial impression of top talent, this training session is tailored to ensure organizations have the groundwork to start constructing a diverse and compliant workforce. From creating compliant job descriptions to conducting equitable interviews, this training outlines best practices across nearly every stage of the hiring journey.
