WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

This workshop will explore how nonprofit professionals can improve the way they use email to engage their community and fundraise for their cause. We'll explore best practices in the use of email including subject line testing, call to actions, improving open rates, and list management. We'll also discuss digital email platforms and the impact the Apple iOS Mail Privacy Protection has on email service providers like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and others. You will leave this webinar with practical strategies to improve your email outreach to better engage your supporters, volunteers, and donors. This workshop is ideal for organizations with more than 2,500 email subscribers.

ABOUT THE TRAINER

This training is led by Dr. Leah Weiner who has a doctorate in education and psychology from Pepperdine University. Leah Weiner is the Founder and CEO of the Nonprofit Learning Lab. Leah’s approach to training focuses on making sure that the information provided helps participants solve a problem or create a solution related to their professional work.
