Analyze ways to recruit, interview and screen new volunteers
Understand strategies for virtually engaging and retaining volunteers to implement core programs and services
Learn how to effectively communicate and design virtual projects for volunteers
We will be using GotoWebinar for this training and strongly recommend that attendees participate on a computer, rather than a phone, if possible. Attendees will receive all the slides
and the recording. This is a live webinar which includes polls, opportunities for participants to ask questions of the trainer and question prompts for personal reflection on how you might implement some of these ideas discussed during the webinar. During the live webinar, we do not have participants unmuted or on webcam. We use the platform GotoWebinar. This workshop is recorded. It is best to attend live but if you miss the live workshop, you can watch the recordings and then reach out to the instructor with any follow up questions. After the conference, attendees will receive recordings and materials from the workshop.
