A single survey is the most powerful tool a nonprofit can leverage to reach out to its past, present, and future supporters if designed and structured thoughtfully. Through such a survey, rich data could be collected for potential future engagement opportunities. In this workshop, you will learn to rethink designing and analyzing a donor and volunteer engagement survey. This session will include those basics of what it means to design an inclusive survey followed by a case study on leveraging your already available data for developing holistic next steps from this survey.
