PrEvaluation: Gear Up Your Organization for Measurement and Evaluation

November 18, 2020

10:00 am - 11:15 am PT

1:00 pm - 2:15 pm ET

When it comes to evaluation, data is difficult, but being learning & data-driven is harder. This workshop will introduce you to a six-step framework for moving towards evaluation with resources to navigate your organization through the journey. We will address the tactical pieces of shifting your organization to integrate data into an ongoing learning framework. In parallel, and more critically, we'll talk about the complex cultural side of getting staff who might be resistent to "show up and step in" and also how to generate clarity around the "why bother" questions. The workshop will introduce a balance of the expected evaluation tools, like logic models and data maps, as well as coaching-centric processes that can ensure you avoid marginalizing voices and stay inclusive.
