Create, Revise & Implement A Fundraising Plan: Action Steps & Strategies for Staff, Volunteers & Board Members - August 2nd, 2022



Fundraising can be hard for a small team as it requires people and resources. In reflecting upon the challenges of 2020 and 2021, fundraising can be even daunting for a small development team. In this interactive workshop, we will discuss strategies and action steps to build upon and implement a fundraising plan and create a team of supporters including board members, fundraising committees, community leaders, volunteers or interns . We will discuss implementable strategies to get you on the right track to raise more for your organization. This training is ideal for organizations with 1-3 people in a development office who spend part or all of their time focused on fundraising. Trauma-Informed Facilitation - August 15 + 22, 2022

The role of a group facilitator is to ensure that group members are fully able to participate, interactions among participants go smoothly and that the group achieves its intended goal. Sometimes as a facilitator, you have to discuss difficult topics as part of a workshop, training or facilitated experience.
