ABOUT THE TRAINER

Stephanie Cory, CAP®, CFRE is committed to strengthening the nonprofit sector through education. She has dedicated her career to the sector for nearly 20 years. Stephanie has served as an executive director for a health advocacy organization as well as held development and program management roles for organizations serving seniors and people with disabilities. She has also consulted for a variety of other organizations helping them strengthen governance and fundraising. Recognized for her excellence in teaching and facilitation, Stephanie was named a Master Trainer by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). As part of her work toward an MEd in adult and organizational development, she has completed extensive research, including original data analysis, on donor motivation and the effects of stewardship on donor retention.
