Effective HR Operations for Small Nonprofits

July 26, 2023

9:00 am PT - 10:00 am PT | 12:00 pm ET - 1:00 pm ET

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Human Resources is grounded in the practice of taking care of your #1 resource: your people. However, for nonprofits with small budgets and less resources, maintaining good HR practices can be tricky. Whether it’s the Executive Director or the Office Manager or some combination of the two, the organization should prioritize a few key HR practices: onboarding, tracking leave, maintaining records, and fostering a healthy organizational culture. In this session, former nonprofit executive director turned nonprofit consultant, Ginny Waller, will offer solutions to the small HR shop challenges.
