WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Capital campaigns are one of the best fundraising returns on investment a nonprofit can make today. This workshop focuses on teaching you the essential elements of all successful capital campaigns. A capital campaign is not limited to a building campaign and can encompass a variety of fundraising initiatives. You'll gain knowledge on areas such as campaign phases, do's & don'ts, and when it's time to do a campaign. Campaign concepts are relevant to you and your fundraising efforts, because so many principles also apply to other fundraising programs such as major gifts, mid-level giving, and planned gifts. Whether you are new to capital campaigns or have experience under your belt, this workshop is certain to provide you with fresh and tangible ideas on capital campaign fundraising.

ABOUT THE TRAINER
Derry Deringer, CFRE, brings 15+ years of fundraising experience as an independent consultant and director-level staff and has certifications in professional coaching and facilitation. Derry is a campaign advisor with Capital Campaign Toolkit and has his own fundraising consulting practice at Deringer Consulting, LLC. Derry most enjoys helping nonprofits transform themselves through outstanding fundraising performance.
