Do your board members understand how advocacy can strengthen your organization and build your brand? Over the past decade, the public policy and nonprofit arenas are becoming more intertwined and the decisions made by lawmakers in state capitols and DC profoundly impact the nonprofit sector. This also means that nonprofit organizations - and their boards - play an increasingly critical role in these policy debates. This workshop will explore how to engage your board members, supporters, and donors so they can be your best and most powerful advocates.
