In this workshop, nonprofit leaders will learn how to set a 12-month action plan for their organization to build sustainability during uncertainty and position themselves for the future. Organizational planning using a 12-month time horizon encourages leaders to set priorities and articulate short-term goals and metrics for success. Participants will learn the value of a focused planning process, understand how to select strategic priorities for their organization and design some bold steps they can take to move their organization forward.
ABOUT THE TRAINER
Ann Quinn advises executives on the challenges of developing and implementing organizational strategy, building organizational capacity, and fulfilling the mandates of the mission. Ann facilitates strategic planning for many organizations, working closely with leadership teams and boards to develop processes and frameworks that move plans into action. Her approach enhances communication, accountability, and transparency.
